Not going to make a big deal out of Benavidez beating a guy way past his best and that anyone in the top 10 would probably beat at this point but he did look good. He would probably destroy Charlo in the same fashion along with Plant and Andrade. This dude is big, if he can't get a name at 168, maybe test the waters at 175 and see who bites.

Good fight whilst it lasted. Would be good to see him in there with a prime fighter.

If only Jermall had the ambition that Jermell has! Benavidez vs. Charlo would be a ****er! Someone please take Jermall Charlo to see the Wizard! He desparately needs some courage! In the meantime Benavidez vs. Morrell Jr.! MAN UP!

If only the cherry picking loser coward Alvared had the balls that Jermell has then he would stop ducking Benavidez who is the WBC 168lb #1 contender and interim champion.

Benavidez is definitely in his prime at 25 years old. You guys got to stop acting like everyone's prime is age 27 28 or 30. Everyone is different. Khan's prime was around 25 as well by the time he reached 29 or 30 he wasn't the same guy, Mike Tyson is another example..You can tell just by looking at Benavidez's body and boxing style that a lot of his abilities are based on his youth

By the time Benavidez is 30 he'll be a different guy and not for the better imo..Especially as age forces him to move up to his real weight and start fighting guys that are his own size..

At 25 your already a QTR through your lifespan so for people to say no one is in the prime at 25 years old is ridiculous...

Obviously this was an expected result against a 1 trick pony but I’m calling it now (assuming any of the following man up and face him) Benavidez stops plant within 8 and punishes both Charlo and Canelo. Charlo would lose a 1 sided decision while canelo would either lose OR escape with a narrow (and probably controversial/judges assisted) win.

To me Benavidez looked like a giant in there and I could not see how Lemieux was going to win with how hard he was getting hit.

I feel you but Canelo chose a bigger threat in Bivol @ 175, then Jermall did in choosing Sulecki! I can't make excuses for Jermall! I understand his beef with Andrade, but he won't get any props from me unless he fights Morrell Jr. or Benavidez!
