Well so far there has been some great feed back and i thank all of the people who have given me the full support.
In the morning im already going to purchase
#1. Stationary bike / or Elliptical Trainer Thingy
#2. Speed Bag
#3. Jump Rope
#4. Weigh Scale
...And i already have a bench press

Never Drank in my life
Smoked for 6 months (i quit 6 months ago)
And my goal is to go down to 165-170 lbs or so
*AND MY OFFICIAL WEIGH IN AND TRAINING WILL START ON MONDAY BECAUSE IM GOING OUT TO MY DADS THIS WEEKEND TO WATCH THE MAYWEATHER FIGHT SO I WONT HAVE TIME TO TRAIN CUZ I WILL BE VISITING MY POPS
