              I agree with you, because these allegations tarnish an upcoming match with speculation that can be used against Manny if he gets an honest win against Cotto. Maybe that being said, he should be tested before the Cotto fight as well? what do you think?

                Pacquiao has been tested to all of his recent fights so why would this or his upcoming fights be exempted? According to NSAC.
