it's possible... technically its my right in this country to believe what ever i want.. as long as thats how i phrased it... if i wanna believe the sky is purple and pac takes steroids i suppose its my right... that doesnt mean that the phrase "i believe pac is taking steroids" is still NOT injurious to pacs reputation... that can still have a negative effect.

A casual fan listening to a boxing trainer talk about another fighter possibly being on steroids... that casual fan might take a listen to what Floyd has to say, and that can damage reputation... It all depends on the judge, the court room, and how they perceive the tape.

Cigarettes aren't illegal and they don't enhance performance.

You're not in ***ing law school you liar.

                    Roy,

Sr. can be viewed as a boxing expert. A master at knowing a boxers nutrition boxers and training them. The moment he says "I believe Manny is on steroids" Can be saying "Under my expertise, it looks like Manny is taking steroids"

Floyd's words can be taken to the point where he says "He is taking steroids"

When a doctor says "I think he's taking steroids" it can also mean "He must be taking steroids" simply because people would take a doctors ideas as fact in the doctoring world.

                    Same for experts on boxing.

Now us hardcore fans know that Floyd Sr. can't be taken seriously. I mean, just look at his face...He looks like the predator!

But the casual fans probably will take him seriously.
