Comments Thread For: Naoya Inoue-Nonito Donaire Rematch To Air Live on ESPN+ In U.S.

One of the best fights on the immediate boxing schedule finally has a U.S. platform on which it will air. The highly anticipated rematch between Naoya Inoue and Nonito Donaire will stream live on ESPN+, ending weeks of speculation for their previously announced June 7 WBC/WBA/IBF bantamweight unification bout from Saitama Arena in Saitama, Japan. Top Rank, Inoue's U.S.-based promoter, confirmed the news Tuesday, putting to rest any concern that stateside fight fans would have to miss out on viewing the fight live.

Wouldn’t mind seeing Amazon Prime get into the boxing airing business in the USA as well. Already giving some of my dosh to that outfit. Hoping PBC goes paramount+ after the FOX contract is up.

        Is Donaire still with Probllem?
Oh, has anyone seen Richard Schaefer? Or has he also been banned from entering US, just like Macklin and iFL's Kugan?
Some even say that US also banned S. Marshall though her team claims "medical procedure"?

Yes, Donaire is with Probellum. Top Rank working with Probellum for this fight. PBC worked with Probellum just a few weeks ago for Stanionis vs. Butaev

F what you heard. No current fighter has challenged themselves and strives for greatness more than Donaire has in his career.

As long as we get an actual winner this will crown the first legitimate bantamweight world champion since 1987. That's when Bernardo Pinango abdicated his lineal, WBA, and Ring Magazine crown to move up to super bantamweight.

                  This fight will be for:
                  The vacant lineal championship
Inoue's Ring Magazine, WBA, IBF titles
                  Donaire's WBC title

Why espn plus? Why not regular espn? This is guaranteed action.
