    If Spence vs Bud doesnt happen does he get stripped if he doesnt fight Boots?

    If the Spence Crawford fight falls thru in negotiations and he doesnt fight Boots does he get stripped of the IBF belt?

          If they can't make Spence vs Crawford for some reason my guess is Spence would move up.
