        No he won't he couldn't penetrate the defense of Bivol IMO, didn't look like he had the power to do so, has to really catch him flush on his chin to do some damage.

          As Ricky says, it wasn’t a physical beat down. Bivol had to be and was cautious until the final bell.

          But it was a mental hiding. A comprehensive dismantling. Canelo was not the same after Mayweather applied a similar ruthless lesson. Embarrassed, he went off and became better — adopting and perfecting very Floyd-like defensive skills.

          Now he is as good as he can be. Better, in fact, than all his peers. What he can’t change, can’t improve on, is size. He’s too small for 175. I don’t care what he decides, but my su****ion is he is surrounded by legions of yes men — the only question is whether Reynoso can tell him the truth.
