I think Jermell will win this one. It might not be by KO but it won't be a questionable victory either.

Jermell has came back from setbacks before and shown to improve from them.

Taking that draw was a setback and we'll probably see a better Jermell this time around.

Hard to gauge Castano but I suspect he'll bring much of the same. Whereas Jermell can approach the fight different than before, specially if he shows respect to Castano's strengths. If he doesn't respect that inside game then he'll lose, simple as. (Judges won't be giving a draw this time)
