Canelo-Bivol, AJ-Usyk, Fury-Wilder is what boxing is about

These fights really showed why boxing is so entertaining. Everything about them. From the unexpected happening, to the losers (presumably) fighting the winners again to continue to test themselves even after defeat.

All some fans want to do is complain and talk trash about the losers of these fights but in the end, you can’t be great if you don’t test yourself against the best.

I mean look at how flawless Terence Crawford looks, but aside from 3 opponents, he doesn’t really test himself. I prefer to root for fighters who look vulnerable in testing themselves vs the best, rather KO artists who always look flawless because they’re not fighting anyone that can test them.

When I think about Mayweather and Pacquiao, I think about Mayweather’s struggles vs Castillo, Maidana, and De La Hoya. Pacquiao’s struggles against Juan Manuel Marquez and Erik Morales. I think about their rematches with those guys. That’s boxing.

Canelo vs GGG I and II, and Bivol I and maybe Bivol II, that’s just boxing. It’s one of things that make it fun. Canelo now has the opportunity to get more credit for beating Bivol in a rematch than he would have gotten had he beat him in their first fight. Fans now know how hard it is for Canelo to beat Bivol. A clear win in a rematch will mean much more for Canelo’s career. With his critics kicking him while he is down and putting his entire career into question because of this loss to Bivol at 175, Canelo now has a lot to prove.

AJ has a lot to prove vs Usyk in the rematch. Usyk is now a champion. Critics now know how tough Usyk will be for AJ. In Fury-Wilder II, both fighters had a lot to prove.

I think this is what boxing is all about.

Wilder vs Fury was really not what majority true fans wanted . Fury made absolutely no effort in any attempt to fight A.J and Wilder threw him under the bus stating he was paid more to fight A.J which means both were .

In the end if boxing is to be where it needs to be Fury needs to fight the winner of Usyk or it once again falls under the Lennox never fought Bowe moniker . Which is actually Joshua vs Fury minus Fury hasn’t lost yet so it’s actually better if that fight comes off or Usyk if he manages to get by A.J .

Theres plenty of fights outside those those it wouldn’t matter boxing fans complain and are the worst no matter what .

Keep talking that trash and spreading those lies about Bud Crawford. Were you one of those guys that said he'd never fight Postol or Porter? Because 90% of this forum did it seems like. And still say his resume is trash, smh.

Canelo also tested himself 3 times and lost all 3 times.

And no. Those fights are not what boxing is about. AJ picked Usyk because he was just another small guy who struggled with Chisora. Canelo picked Bivol because he thought he was the weakest link at 175. Don't believe me? Go look at the videos of Eddie Hearn saying over and over "we had no idea Bivol would be this good because he looked average against Ricards and Castillo."

Bud vs. Spence, 2 guy who, on EVERYONE's list are top 5 p4p. THAT is what boxing is all about. 2 of the most skilled fighters in all of boxing sharing a ring together.

None of those fights have **** on Bud vs. Spence.

Beterbiev v. Bivol will be an amazing one too if Canelo stays in his lane.
