If this is about Pacquiao, he will feel Cotto's punches much more than De la Hoya's. Cotto is BY FAR the harder puncher at this stage of their careers. In fact, career-wise he is also more powerful than Oscar. Look at what Cotto did to people in his fights at 140. However, prime Oscar was better at knocking people down quickly, but this was mostly due to his speed, which caused flash knockdowns. He has never been able to inflict the kind of damage that Cotto does. They are different types of fighters with different kinds of power.

        You mean Prime for prime?

Cotto hits way way way way way way more hard than the De La Hoya Pacquiao faced. That is a fact.

Nothing Cotto throws can compare to DLH's left hook.

Cotto hits much harder than past prime DLH. Assuming you're talkin about a prime, in shape DLH, i would pick DLH. He carried his power in bigger weight classes and knocked down Mayorga in 30 seconds. That's what i call mad power.

Cotto's left hook to the body is a thing of beauty.
