and Canelo isn’t a middleweight. He can’t make middleweight. You might as well still call him a baby super welterweight.

weren't these the assclowns that said Canelo will walk down Bivol, body shots and then some and K.O. on 4th?

While I don't believe he is truly a master boxer on the level of Terence Crawford or Usyk, he is very close behind. Doesn't have as much power but I knew this would be an incredibly dangerous matchup for Canelo Alvarez. It's his idiot fans that were calling Bivol a bum just 6 months ago that upset me. Like they were saying he needed to fight Ramirez before calling out Canelo. Hm, that sounds similar to the **** they saw about Andrade and Charlo. Why can't people just recognize talent when they see it? It was obvious to anyone who actually paid attention that Bivol was the real deal, but Callum Smith, BJS, Plant, Yildirim, washed Kovalev were not. But you have biased media and fans brainwash people so hard that this is what ends up happening when you talk down a guy like that.
I mainly heard that from the PBC fangirls. They were the ones and still are the ones calling Bivol a bum and a cherry pick. I knew from the beginning, hell I knew from when Canelo beat Kovalev that Bivol would be a nightmare for Canelo. Canelo is just too damn small for 175. Especially fat vegan Canelo? No way would he be competitive in a rematch. He needs to eat meat and go back down to 168.

That’s why he won. Not because he’s a master boxer, or more skilled than Canelo. If Canelo was a natural light heavyweight, I would bet good money Canelo would smoke this guy and toss him around the ring. But Canelo is a middleweight.

It just isn’t Canelo’s weight class, end of story.
Remember how Canelo bullied Matthew Hatton, Amir Khan and Josesito Lopez? All small fighters but let’s just forget about that.

This is true too, honestly I heard it from both sides. Before the fight was made it was the Canelo fans called Bivol a bum and after the fight was made it switched and the PBC fans called him a bum.

It wasn't size, it was skill. Bivol is as small as they get for LHW, Kovalev is bigger. Smith, Beterbiev, Chilemba, Marcus Browne, Pascal, are much bigger than Bivol. Pascal is short but he's much denser than canelo. Those other guys are just big as hell and tall. Even though this weekend was skill you are right that size does matter. Usyk, completely out of the question. Even Chilemba would be a tough match for Canelo because he is so much bigger than Bivol even, is very difficult to hit cleanly, and takes a punch so well.
