There is only one champion at 140 and thats Tszyu everyone should know that.

also take a look at a guy like Macelino Masoe acording to the WBA he is champion at 160, but we all know Bernard is the only real champion.
Exactly! A paper champ is a fighter holding any title OTHER than the world title, right? I've often wondered all that mess with the alphabet titles, etc. myself, so I'm glad somebody asked this question! I didnt want to ask myself cause I've already been told that I didnt know "****" about boxing, and I damn sure wasnt gonna prove it by asking that particular ?
So anybody with the IBF, WBA, etc. titles are paper champs?

Yes, he married Violet, a girl he had been dating for years. And, she just had their kid. Okay?

              Pretty much.

They are "paper champs" if they are not the real champion in that division.

Maybe they mean the linear champ. The man who beat the man who beat the man. Back when they used to have, and I know it is hard to believe, ONE BELT there was only the linear champ. And in the case of abdication while being the man, the winner of the fight between number two and three at the time (usually by Ring Magazine rankings) would crown the linear champ. I am not so sure about the abdication part though. So if anyone would like to clear that up I would like to know as well.

I know alot of people consider the Ring belt the one, true belt.
