As for Bivol, on the one hand, he has no notable wins in other weight classes, and moving up looks like it might be hard for him. OTOH, could he beat 99.9% if he was in their weight class? I’d say yes, so maybe he should be in the top 10 minimum.
Well 175 is a hard gap to jump around especially when it's his natural weight class he's not big enough for Cruiserweight but there are some good matchups for him. He already has a win over Joe Smith who's in the process of unifying with Beterbiev so that fight would be great Bivol vs Beterbiev for all the belts at 175. If Bivol beat the winner of that fight then he would definitely be in the top 5 P4P.

Canelo lost to a bigger/better fighter, there are still big fights for him out there.
He needs to stay away from light heavyweights such as Beterbiev, Smith, and Bivol rematch.
As well as he can take a punch, it looks like he'll start taking some serious damage at this weight the longer he fights at 175 pounds.

The red flag is flying at half mast. Step up. David has been calling out Charlo's left and right, but they're smaller than him. Bivol put the fear of God in him.

Well yeah, this is it, and he’s not the biggest LHW either.

Gotta hard agree on that one re: beating Berbetiev
