        golovkin has a better and more active jab than canelo not to mention a little more length. G throws a tricky up and over left hook too. not that i would favor golovkin to win, but i think he would have a chance. certainly not getting knocked out by bivol. canelo fought dumb and was loading up on the big shots. golovkin throws heat but it's more measured where he picks his way in with the jab. i think it's a good style match-up compared to canelo.

        and what's wrong with a golovkin fan wanting him in tough? bring it on!

          Dead honest truth is that retirement is his best option.

          At this point he is so removed from his prime that he is basically an opponent with good name value. No need to go down that road when he doesn't need to.

            It wasn’t just the loss. The arena was no where near as packed as usual. That’s not a good sign.

            I assume fans will come out because ggg has more name value but the fight doesn’t seem to matter as much now that he lost to Bivol the way he did.
