The only way can gain credibility now is to knock out GGG
Thing is if canelo takes the GGG fight and knock him out or beats him convincely some folks will still say golovkin a grandpa that doesnt count and all that bs,I would rather see a second run for bivol title in a rematch just to see if ginger can make the necessary adjustments but thats just me

I think a second going would just be more of the same. Canelo’s punches don’t have the same effect on a full fledged 175 pound guy and every time Bivol landed, you know Canelo felt it. I think his ceiling is 168.

yup - like Floyd did with Pac and Canelo did with Ggg.

Pac is younger but I think FMW banked based on Manny's style he would take more wear and tear if he pushed the fight further and further back which is right.

GGG II and III for sure.

There is a problem with that statement: Bivol is below average-sized LHW. He claimed that he can make 168 comfortably. If he does that and beats Canelo again - then it was not about size all along, but about skill and bad style matchup for Canelo. Callum Smith had even bigger size advantage over Canelo (meaning height-reach). But it was not enough.

Berbetiev and Joe Smith jr. are more one dimensional; the latter especially. But power has a habit of fooling ppl.

I know Berba’s a bad MF, but he will absolutely not give Canelo fits like Bivol did. He may well hurt Canelo, but he is not a stylistic puzzle to be figured out.
