If its true Pacman punches more devastating than Margarito. Will Cotto gonna feel it?

I know some people may overlooked Pac's punching power against the bigger
man Cotto but this may one of the factors Pacman will win.

he went on to describe Pacquiao's punches as being more devastating than
those of former welterweight champion Antonio Margarito. "Manny's power
hurts more. Manny's not the most technically sound fighter, but he's
more so than Margarito. When you have a snapping punch coming at you, a
punch that you don't see with some speed on it, that's an explosive kind
of power that hurts you. That's the kind of power that startles you and
can put you down," Holloway revealed. It should be noted that those
comments were made before the hand wrap controversy that Margarito was
involved in.

I agree that Manny has punching power, and the punch Hatton received was brutally executed.

I just feel like anyone could've landed that punch because it was Hatton. Not to make excuses...or sound biased...I really am trying to be objective...but to argue the point; It's the same blind punch that he hit Marquez with and it only wobbled him a bit (Not the knock down punch on JMM vs PAC 2 - but even so... was not "hurt"). Marquez being the smaller guy.

So at least from my observation if he leveled Hatton, and wobbled Marquez;
Could he hurt Cotto? Yes,if he is able to land that punch maybe twice or more. Could he knock Cotto out? No, I think Cotto has been hit with harder punches, from bigger oposition for longer time. Is it possible for COTTO to get knocked out...sure. I mean...Pac again would have to catch him flush ALOT. Just my observation.
