When i look more logically haye probably wont knock him out. Valuev will have to be knocked out some time in his career but probably not this time and by haye.
Valuev will make it messy for haye to knock him out. But because Holyfield nearly beat him, i will say Haye will beat Valuev and i'll leave it at that. Just without a knockout.

But there is always a danger Haye could get sparked out if hes not careful.

I think Vitali could KO Valuev.

I think it would be rather Wladimir... To me he seems to have more power in his punches...

If Haye goes for KO he can lose by KO... If he plays smart he can outbox Valuev so convincingly, that even corrupted German judges would find giving the decision in Valuevs` favour a career suicide.
