The Saudi’s pay more money than anywhere by some distance, actually they don’t even make money on the event, it’s more about promoting their kingdom. Also probably a lot of dodgy dealings going on.

That’s why they offer 9 figure site fees, even though the crowd is pretty small. Nowhere else can really compete with the money they’re putting up.
