Top 20? It's close, in a couple of cases, very debatable at least. Now you tell me who I'm talking about, since you're knowledge of the sport is so extensive.

Never said it wasn't possible, just currently. If Pacquiao were to gun on beat the likes of Cotto, Floyd, Bradley, etc. he'd'have a strong case. It's'applicable to Floyd as well.

Like I said, currently. If a few guys add some quality names to to their resume, why not?
