I think Shakur doesn't have a chance with Lomachenko right now. First, the only reason Teofimo won that was because Loma was injured, that Lopez is a welterweight fighting at lightweight and that Top Rank bought off the judges to pass the torch, much like they did Manny dirty with Bradley.

Second, let's look at Shakur's performance. He beat Valdez, who went life and death with Marriaga, Scott Quigg, and was dropped by Lopez. Arguably lost to Conceição, too. Shakur lost three to four rounds against Valdez. Okay?

Third, Shakur has an okay punch but nothing you're going to fear.

When Lomachenko was at 130, he was either stopping guys cold, and if he wasn't KOing them, he was making them not want to come out of their corner. He did that four times in a row at 130. And we are supposed to believe that Shakur is can beat him? Not right now. No way. No how. Loma is still in his prime. Maybe in a couple years, but not right now. Shakur will have to wait for Loma to be an old man.

Also, Loma schooled Shakur in sparring, is what I heard. That the more Shakur sparred him, the worse he did. So there's that too.

Loma's been in obvious decline since the Linares fight and the Stevenson fight presents some of the same challenges as the Lopez fight.

Here's a much younger & quicker guy.

Plus, Loma's been fighting the Ukrainian War for months now, not training for boxing.

Word, better boxer than Lopez, full stop (or "period") IMO.

Stevenson is a better sweeter boxer than Teo but does not mean he would beat Teo, Teo is Athletic, fast and hits much harder and he's much bigger, larger. He's not a midget like Oscar or a stiff vet like Herring. I struggle to imagine Stevenson taking Teo punches and this not being a problem.

KAmbosos is what he is but he's a warrior and a mean dude.
