Comments Thread For: Castano Wants To Do Everything Possible To Stop Charlo, Avoid Decision
WBO junior middleweight champion Brian Castano is ten days away from his scheduled showdown with unified WBC, WBA, and IBF champion Jermell Charlo.

Hopefully both of them come with that mentality. Charlo did a whole lot of posing with a bad look on his face rather than fighting
Yeah, re-watched it yesterday. Jermell needs to let his hands go more and throw with Castaño this time. He seems to have the heavier hands so exchanging with Castano more will probably be to his favor. He just stayed on that back foot way too long waiting to get hook counters, but the rounds get away from him that way. Castano repeatedly stole rounds by outworking Jermell in the last minute. In my eyes Castano deserved the nod in a close decision, but I still think the rematch is Charlo's to lose.
He may need a ko to win. Castano imo was beating his ass last time.
i remember thinking it was either a draw or castano edged it. I remember my thinking being biased on being so let down by Charlo’s performance. I was really fkd off by the posing when he should have been punching. He is more skilled yet let his foot off the gas
Just like Wilder-Fury 2 the best fighter will win the rematch. They get the best check they can get in the division so why complain? Believe I had it even going into the 12th and left that round to the fanboys. It's in LA so Brian literally has homefield advantage.
I thought Castano deserved the win in the first one. No thanks on another draw. Let's get Spence v Crawford and then the winner of that fight vs the winner of this one, please and thanks. Maybe unlikely, but would make for some great fights.
