      Wrong. Mancini vs Kim ended 15 rounders.

      Same day weigh-ins stopped in 1983, when Eddie Mustafa Muhammad came in overweight against Michael Spinks and got the fight cancelled.

        So, after that EMM, they started having weigh ins before 24 hours? Michael Spinks always looked like a same-day weigh in LHW so I was skeptical if he was really the reason why

          It was a big fight and you can't be cancelling headliners, promoters/venues/everybody lose money.
