Bivol’s a good fighter but too basic to beat Canelo.

His activity level can definitely trouble canelo.

Idk we’ll see. Activity tends to go down when youre up against a good counter puncher who can pound you to the body and also put your lights out with 1 punch. I hope he doesn’t become gun shy, we need a good fight.

Does he look gun shy vs a bigger, stronger man or you are saying Canelo is more imposing b/c he had to put rehydration clauses on Kovalev and Fielding?

If he doesn't fight like this, then there is something in the clause preventing.

              Intriguing fight for sure.
I cannot recall ever seeing Canelo buzzed or taking a few moments to gather his senses. Phenomenal punch resistance. At a time when Golovkin was sleeping rhinos he just took bombs and stood there and shook his head. I dunno man I struggle to find an argument for Bivol. I would love to see a blood and guts 12 rounder though for sure.

This will play out like a typical Canelo fight. Bivol starts strong and works behind his jab, using his footwork to stay out of range. After round 6, Canelo closes the distance and finds his way inside, and begins to break down Bivol. Either a UD for Canelo or late round TKO. I didn't like how Bivol seemed to struggle in the latter part of the Pascal fight. I see him having problems with Canelo's combinations and counters in the second half of the fight.

Wow look at the size difference. I think this might be too much for Canelo.
