Sure, Crawford said something along the lines of "If the spence fight doesnt get made, he would vacate and have the WBO make him the mandatory at 154 for the winner of Castano v Charlo". I have nothing to base my opinion on other than the amount of talking Charlo did after that makes him sound a little worried that Bud could spoil his run at 154.
