It was a close but clear decision for Serrano but I get her attitude. She will make another 7 figures for the rematch and again for the trilogy.she lost the battle but the war just began. Controversial decision sets up the next bout to be even bigger. Good for these ladies they deserve it .

Serrano may want to fight every moment of every round and not take her foot off the gas next time. Sounds like the fight was hers to lose and she did her part by not pressing when Taylor was hurt

It's hard to argue that either got robbed in a 1 point victory, I thought a draw would've been fair. 2 minute rounds are dumb but Serrano still managed to punch herself out because she was just eating punches in the last rounds while winging hooks. She was ahead in the last round though until Taylor bounced her head to and fro which stole the round IMO.

That was by far the best womens boxing product I've ever seen. The problem is there are rarely 2 truly world class boxers to compete against each other in the weight classes. Serrano had to come up in weight just to make this happen I believe.

See, this is something I dislike about revisionists. Not talking about you in particular.

This view of Amanda letting Katie off the hook is ******. Serrano had no choice. Katie was too determined, too tough, and too skilled for Amanda. Serrano couldn't press it anymore after shooting her load and started eating some vicious precision shots subsequently. Katie was too good for Serrano as I said on here before the fight.

Not interested in a rematch. I'd rather Katie rematch Jessica McCaskill, if Jessica can make 135 again.

Facts and I like everyone else strongly believed that Taylor would fold under Amanda's pressure. She bounced back, similar to Ward did after tasting the canvas and getting battered rounds 1-3 of that Kovalev fight. You have to admit when you're wrong and give credit where its due especially when the fighter you are picking against does the opposite of what you said she would. She stood in the fire and bullied the bully period. I saw that with all respect for Serrano.

By the way, I know you don't like Hearn. I don't either. We have that in common. Try to leave Katie out of it.

What does saying Amanda let Katie back into the fight have to do with Hearn being a mong?

If you think a fight is a draw, logic dictates it can’t really be a robbery as there’s bound to be close rounds in there that could go either way.

Is Paul actually trying to claim the Irish girl who sang the national anthem was a better judge of who won than the professional judges who, you know, know how the sport works?

Fair enough if he thinks it was a draw. I wouldn't have argued if that's the way it had gone, because it's a close fight with two-minute rounds. But to claim that some singer's view -- who may have just been being polite to Serrano when trying to get a selfie -- is evidence of anything is an extremely silly thing to say.
