I don't think Dana would care much, Francis is on record saying he won't renew a UFC contract due to poor treatment and low pay. What better way of getting revenge for Dana but to allow him to go get embarrassed by Fury in a boxing ring? He can cut him after and let BKFC or Bellator have him for a much lower cost effectively hurting Francis financially for biting the hand that feeds.

From what I've read BKFC pays way more than UFC if the fighters have a name. He has no chance against Fury he's too slow and shoots his punches from his waist Fury will jab him to death and once he's gassed out which would probably be within 4 rounds he would stop him.

Exactly, you don't recover when you are billed as the "hardest puncher in the world" just to get outclassed by Fury. BKFC may pay more but the offer certainly decreases when Fury KOs him with ease and White trashes and cuts him publicly. He's better off fighting out his UFC contract. Otherwise Dana takes a big piece of the pie for the L he would certainly take and moves on.

In a Caged or street ngannou wins in a ring fury wins. The only crossover that would be enticing to watch and buy is ngannou vs wilder ( who lands first) + wilder style, also ngannou vs this new Aj hes scared to get hit scared to engage and has no chin is giving up reach and def strength.
