Serranno had Taylor ready to go but let her off the hook. Katie recovered and outpointed her down the stretch, it is what it is.

Amanda shouldn't have stopped going to the body. Her boxing IQ failed her there, or her conditioning.
Honestly, I think the difference in the fight had more to do with what Katie did down the stretch than what Serrano failed to do. We learned for certain that Serrano is the heavier hitter, has the better chin and maybe the overall better motor, but Katie has a significant edge in hand and foot speed (and I would argue is the substantially slicker boxer). If she stays disciplined keeps the fight at range, Katie should win the rematch, but if she willingly stays in the pocket and allows Serrano to fight on the inside then she may well get KO'd in that rematch. Katie's a dog and as tough as they come, so she doesn't have to run to win, but if she can fight the way she did in Rds 1-4 and 8-9, then she can win a rematch easily.

If Serrano had kept throwing to the body Katie was finished. She gassed, though, and didn't keep "putting water in the basement" like she had been.

Serrano lost but why do we even care about her or womens boxing in general. It was a good fight but I don't wanna see pretty females beat each other up.

She didn’t get tired, she was just getting outboxed, just as she was in the early rounds.

Serrano got tired for sure, she punched herself out. Even the commentary team pointed it out.

                And she definitely stopped bodypunching.

Stop watching them then. Easy fix.
