Did Mike Tyson truly lose any of the fights he supposedly lost?

it's so rare that a fighter gets points deducted for headbutts.
Ortiz/Mayweather the only one I can recallComment

This is either some weak-ass troll thread, or a deluded fanboy clinging on to unbeatable prime Mike's mythical unbeaten record. The guy was a bum. Douglas was ****, but prime Mike made him look like Ali. Holyfield lost about 30 fights and still made very easy work of Tyson, Lewis toyed with him, and for all of Tyson's apparent power, he couldn't even budge chinny Lewis. Danny Williams lost, what, 50 fights? and he was too good for Tyson, and as McBride said, he was too big, too strong, and too good for Mike, and truer words have never been spoken. Nash out. Viva La Mcbride. Nash out - boxing expert, and a helluva poster.Comment

I already said he lost a fight fairly with Lewis. That's not an unbeatable record. However, most of his other losses were more suspect. How was he given a far quicker count than douglas?
By the way, Mike tyson would have knocked tyson poser at his primeComment

Tyson Fury could beat prime Mike Tyson with one hand and one foot tied together. As for the count, it's not a 10 second stopwatch count, dumb ass, it's a referees count, which is almost always much slower, there was nothing massive unusual about the count. Tyson got a boxing lesson then knocked out. You are even debating the Holyfield losses. Your man got ****ed up twice, boy. He was not very good. He was maximum hype, minimum ability. Nash out - Delivering the truth to the people whether they like it or not.Comment

Tyson got a quicker count than douglas got. The rules state both need to be nearly identical.

Holyfield's headbutts were illegal. All Tyson did in the second fight was exposed the hypocrisy and bias.Comment

^^^^^ 9 posts. This is the sockpuppet alt of a regular trying to stir up shlt. Dudette: Not only is this troll lame as phuck, it isn't even remotely original, and it's about 15 years out of date. Do better or GTFO.....For Buster Douglas, it was well known he got a very generous 10 count but what people seem to forget is that tyson was given a much quicker than usual 10 count and as he quickly stood up, the referee still counted him out unfairly as if he wanted tyson to lose.
For holyfield, the illegal headbutts should have rendered a disqualification immediately for holyfield and as a result of the ref allowing him, tyson got an unfair disadvantage. The judges were clearly biased in favor of holyfield
For holyfield 2, the headbutts again were not being counted as illegal by the judges and tyson exposed their hypocrisy by getting even with holyfield. Tyson won those 2.
For the fight against Danny Williams, he was again given a too quick of a count when getting up.
The Lewis fight is the one fight other than his retirement decision where tyson did lose fair and square.Comment
