But for Tyson to be considered the GOAT or as good as Ali, or Lennox lewis, you cant say Furys as great as them as he would have beat Usyk and Josh. He needs to be able to have them on his CV.
Boxing takes a toll on a man. Theirs a point where the money looses its appeal. Big men wear out faster than smaller men. He has nothing to prove and even if he did prove it. Their would be another fighter everyone would say he needs to beat. It’s VERY OBVIOUS to people who KNOW boxing that Fury would EASILY beat Usyk. The reason why AJ got beat by Usyk is the same reason why AJ got beat by Ruiz. AJ is the type of fighter who can’t adjust when he’s fighting. Fury adjusts very well. He has a deep well of experience and intelligence to beat anyone. By the way, AJ WILL whip Usyk in the next fight quite easily So, don’t worry so much about Fury / Usyk.Comment

unify the belts you ******
fury easily beats either AJ or Usyk
he would have all FIVE belts
he would be unified champ, it would be a legacy builder and it would also pay nice on top of that. literally no reason not to fight either. usyk doesnt even hit hard enough to pose much health risk. AJ is so chicken **** he freezes up to let his hands go. This is an easy big check and unification for Fury, if he dont take this fight I will never forgive him

When Usyk gets beat. It won’t be an option. I believe Fury would fight AJ. Easy work.Comment

When did he have the opportunity to fight Usyk? He was irrelevant at HW until AJ bottled it.
Deciding to proceed with other ventures that do not involve losing brain cells is fair enough.
Fury has yet to officially retire, so this talk is premature anyway.Comment

Must you always ignore the ''what would YOU DO ?'' portion of the quotes ?
Fury, knowing Usyk has a very good chance of beating AJ again, snuggled up close to the idea of retiring (AKA, quitting while he's ahead).
It might be premature but, what is the motivation behind the talk ?Comment

Because what I would do is irrelevant. Also, I cannot say for sure since I am not in his position.

Fury was tempted to retire after Wilder 3. This is not anything new for him. Like Ward, he wants to get out healthy and undefeated.Comment
