I see this happen ALL the time. Before Floyd fights a certain guy, they jump on the guy's bandwagon in hopes that he will be the one to defeat Floyd. Then, when it does NOT happen, they recant EVERYTHING they previously said then make up 1, 000 excuses as to why Floyd eventually won the fight. I don't get too moved by much of what Floyd says anymore, but I do AGREE that he is in a "lose-lose" situation ALOT of the time.

How are there excuses to be made when Floyd himself has said Marquez is too small for him?
Floyd himself has said on camera that he is:
Bigger
Smarter
Stronger
Faster
Sooooooooo what are you talking about? This is a fight he's SUPPOSED to win EASILY. This thread would be valid if he was fighting Shane or Cotto or even Pacquiao, but out of all the opponents that he could have made a fight with
He chose someone he knew he had beat in EVERY category.
So you can claim that people will make excuses for JMM's loss all you want. There is no bandwagon here. Most of us know what the outcome will be. We can only hope that Marquez shocks and surprises us again.
