Fury AJ would almost double what Fury Whyte did...why would he fight this bum again? Maybe Wilder Whyte would be a good scrap.

Wilder would beat Whyte even faster than Fury did. Whyte is garbage. Even with Wilder's lack of fundamentals, Whyte is just there to be hit. I'll say it again....WHYTE IS GARBAGE. He doesn't beat Wilder, Ortiz, and dare I say Wallin. He was winging shots like a club fighter.

I saw one of Fury's interviews reiterating his desire to leave the sport, but he also went into detail about how close he and Whyte used to be and how this was just business. I couldn't help but think the fight was fixed because of that interview. I mean seriously....what did Whyte actually do last weekend? Not much, right?

The uppercut and the push was a nice payday for a friend and ride off into the sunset for Fury, at least for now. Whyte's whole "injury" that canceled the Wallin fight seemed to be a setup to call Fury out and everything went smoothly...even if the media wanted us to believe the fight wouldn't go through.

We all know Whyte thrives in a hostile aggressive environment, so Fury took it away.

Just like Wlad loved a professional setting, all polite and whatnot, so Fury made it into a circus, running around as Batman etc. took away Wlad’s comfort zone.

Fury admitted that he would be nice to Wilder in one press conference and start being aggressive the next, because he knows Wilder hasn’t got the mental stability to think for himself, so he was always adjusting his mood based on how Fury was acting. Had Wilder dancing to his tune when he wanted .

Fury is the smartest man in boxing when it comes to this, the subtle mind games start long before the fight.

Whyte is a fat turd and is didn't require softening up. You are very much exaggerating how much this played a role. Fury could've done the complete opposite in the press conferences and the result would've been the same.

His career has been made from him hurting Joshua and then getting destroyed. Joshua has no chin, we know now that hurting him is not much of an achievement. Hurting him and not managing to finish him says more than anything to me.

I didn’t see it but you called it **** on. And starting to think you’re right that this strategy is adaptable as per the opponent.

A lot of Fury fans are convinced he ices Usyk. I’m not, but aside from his reach, the psychological warfare is the other aspect of his game that gives me pause. The one time Fury slated him recently, Usyk fell for it hook, line and sinker, especially since he’s usually cool and the one clowning around to lull the opposition, pre-fight.

If successful, Fury could have Usyk swinging and missing in a blind rage. Which, based on your theory, is what he’s aiming for.

Whyte and lack-of-balance, old man Ortiz is 60-40 in Whyte’s favour. Had it 60-40 the other way, 4 years ago.

Wallin could beat him, but can’t call the odds there.

But for Wilder, I take back what I said years ago, that Whyte gives him a contest, to agree with you. Wilder KO round 1. As they say, styles make fights, and I can see now that though wilder’s vastly inferior to Fury, Whyte’s attributes are bespoke for Wilder.
