Usyk is not even top 5 in terms of skill.

Top 5 is Canelo, Loma, Crawford, Inoue and Chocolatito.

What makes Loma a great talent? He couldn't even beat Salido

Well they have both been trained by Papchencko. Just different weights. Both are agile and are both are great

Usyk is the most skilled boxer going right now and has proven it in the variety of ways he has beaten people. I've posted this more or less before, but I'll say it again. He beats people in almost every conceivable way. He won a slugfest with Briedis, he danced circles around and made Gassiev look completely inept, he broke down Hunter with body shots, he starched Bellew, he out boxed AJ with angles, feints, and speed. No one has demonstrated the variety of skills Usyk has.

First take I want to say Usyk because we havent really seen a blue print to beat him where as we seen Loma can basically be outworked and he can freeze up and not throw enough and be comfortable with low output thinkin he has enough points in the bag, basically like a rehash of hopkins' losses to taylor and calzaghe.

Meanwhile Usyk shown crazy stamina against AJ. AJ was stuck behind on points, frozen up and his only strategy was to hope that Usyk tired out which never happened and he ended up more tired probably mentally drained.

More indepth answer I would have to really watch some of their fights closely because the flipside is that there is more talent in the lower divisions than at cruizer/heavyweight. Its also harder to stay at the top into your 30s in the lower divisions. But Usyk at heavyweight is a smaller man at a place were every average pro has the potential for a one punch KO if you arent paying attention, so one mistake and it can be lights out.

Final answer - Usyk is more skilled but I could change my mind with more research.
