Thoughts on Fury-Whyte weigh in results??

I’m surprised there’s no thread on this yet, weigh in happened 10 mins ago, fury 264 lbs, Whyte 253lbs.

Fury too light for me, punch resistance will be gone, whereas Whyte looks in best shape I’ve ever seen him.

Although the face off was weird, Whyte didn’t want to make it serious

Fury’s at correct weight, Whyte is heavier then I thought but he’s also very lean so it’s beneficial.

I liked when Whyte clowned John at the interview saying he thought he was Steve Bunce and didn’t know who he was where John had that really look on his face .

Whyte actually wanted to make it serious,it was Fury who made it light hearted . Fury wouldn’t win that contest he knew it .

Interesting weights seems like Fury will be boxing this time so should be able to take it quite comfortably if he can still move like he did. I think the build up to this fight sucks though people say about the respect and stuff i understand but i'm nowhere near as hyped for this fight now as what i was.

Whyte seems to heavy. He has issues gassing and i kinda thinking he's underestimating just how good Fury is at leaning. Even if he nullified it with bodyshots, him gassing before the 12 seems like almost an inevitability. Because of his size and build I actually expect him to do decently there but inevitably be taken out in the latter stages. I'm going with either a points shut out for Fury or a round 10/11 KO.

Whyte a bit heavier than his last fight. Could be a mistake, Adding weight. If you’re the smaller guy, you’re always going to be that. Excess weight can make your stamina worse, as Wilder found out. That said his weight has fluctuated between the 240’s and 250’s mostly, apart from the Wach fight, so he’s ok. His weight is around what anyone would expect.

Fury is ok anywhere between the low 260’s and low 270’s I think. A guy that big can go 5 or 6lbs either way and be ok.
