  • Comments Thread For: Whyte: I Ain't Scared Of ****! I'm Not Doing Anything [To Promote] If It's Not Worth It

Dillian Whyte gave what he considers a reasonable explanation Wednesday as to why, until then, he had hardly participated in the promotion of a heavyweight title fight that'll attract 94,000 fans to Wembley Stadium in London on Saturday night.

So a career high 7 mil plus another 4 added if he wins isn't enough to move his fat asss ? He's not even worth 1/10 of his purse... Hope Fury crushes him early!

I don't think Whyte would add much by appearing at a press conference, but I do think he hurt himself and the promotion. Fury wasn't funny and stayed in the gym.

I’ll do you one better. If I was Fury I would’ve forfeited the belt so he can fight some bum, we don’t care about, for a couple hundred grand and screw his career high payday.

He will be compensated more than fairly for this fight. It's asinine that he thinks he deserved more.

He knows after this he will probably walk away being a never was after Fury KOs him. At least he will never have to worry about money. Fury in 7.

Can't say I blame him after they petitioned to get his purse split lowered.

For a biggest purse of all time Whyte didn't play his part .For a fighter who was KO'd just two fights ago to be given an opportunity to collect nearly $12m should he win his behaviour was as poor as his excuses. Whyte could have made the fight electric before the first bell but they seemed like good friends. For me I don't mind this respectful attitude but for the causals , who buy lots of tickets they want to see more. As we know Fury is normally very up and entertaining but was also in lockdown. A lost opportunity for what should be a great fight .

Leave white alone, the tickets sold fast. He's done his bit

Spoken like a true fool, do you care about getting paid?
This guy has been knocked out twice, and that has affected his thought process.
I don't know where he gets all his arrogance from, because he's not that good of a fighter.
The sooner he's knocked off his self placed perch the better for the boxing fans.
