Don't think Floyd would be the best fit. His promotional style seems risk-averse and the fight to be made is with Spence now. Crawford should try to sign a limited deal with PBC that gives him long term independence.

Im not so sure with a guy as advanced as TC, he is not a prospect being built he is there and just needs the big fights and Floyd could get them, I think TCs best bet is stay a free agent and play the field, but he could do a lot worse than Mayweather.
