These announcers are garbage, absolutely among worst I've ever seen

1st in the pitbull fight they were making it sound like Gamboa was taking a Vargas level beating (claiming the corner are scum) when Gamboa got stopped properly.

Then this same announcers wanted Spence to finish the rd without a mouthpiece

Also despite Ugas getting whooped all night every rd,he throws a single potshot that lands 1 per minute,& they made it seem like Spences face is gonna splatter

Once Gus Johnson and then Paulie left showtime,it's all been downhill since. Only less inept commentary would have Lennox and Joe on POX . Absolutely garbage....

Normally pbc announcers do that the most,but tonight they were acting like straight up fanbois for Ugas,they were making it sound like Spence was going to get kod & that the ref saved him by cheating,when in reality Ugas got lucky Spence ******ly forgot to protect himself at all times;

& then Spence retreated when he got suckerpunched halfway when he wasn't paying attention.

The same guy who was calling Gamboas corner scum, suddenly wanted Spence to fight the whole Rd without his mouth guard.

Thats hella inconsistent don't you think?

yep its really sad to see how the sport has regressed in that area. Just stooge hacks. Watching the old HBO shows really highlights the huge difference. They had a team with gravitas and deep knowledge , now we have clowns. I mean Brian Kenny is the best they could find in 2022? come on.
