        That means the statement is not slanderous. Slander is a defamatory statement without factual basis. Mayweather did not present it as fact. He presented it as his opinion.

              More pac fans have made threads about this then anyone. your just spreading the news more and more. No one cares about Sr. bull**** claims. People should have just ignored him instead everyone helped blow the story up.
