there is racism in the world big time! But the thing that
makes people hate on Floyd more than any other is his
big ass mouth. I think if he just did what he had to do
and not talk so much then maybe it would lessen the
hate BUT no matter what, he aint going to stop everyone
from trying to discredit him and thats goes for every race.

Shane Mosley is huge, Tyson was huge even in 2005. Stop believing Floyd's bull crap.
Being black is not a disadvantage in boxing. Most of Boxing's biggest draw in history are black: Ali, Tyson, Louis, Robinson, Leonard. Mayweather is looking for excuses.

I think the people he hangs around with, his environment, even being in jail 9which is VERY segregated) causes him to think these things but ultimately he doesn't want to be that way. Point in fact his tears when he beat Pavlik; he was very happy do do that. The bottom line is Hopkins seeks affirmation that he is a good person. he thinks he is, believes he is, wants to be but there are and were factors in his life that affect his perception. People can be prejudiced and not like/want to be at the same time.
Floyd however is a total racist and wants to be one. He thinks money puts him on a pedastool that makes him untouchable.Last edited by Rosseboi; 09-17-2009, 06:56 AM.

and u can find guys who were big draws from any race so namedropping a few doesnt impress anyone.
u can certainly be big if you are black, but its harder. would pavlik get that big that fast if he was black? i doubt it.
i acctually agree with you though, but your arguments were pure ****.

of back lash from saying it all in all so the door swings both
ways. But I do feel if Calzaghe said it, Black people would
have took it harder only if Joe used the N word. I think its
BS none the less.
