Devin Haney is very respectful, and he has good cause for concern when it comes to Teofimo.
Anyone seeing, and hearing both father and son talk that crazy yang yang, knows that their's something terribly wrong with them both.

After the Lomachenko fight, they acted like divas, scared to rematch Lomachenko. Then they were talking about $5mill minimum purses and asking for $10mill from Hearn/DAZN to fight Haney.

These two are so delusional, that Haney could very well be right in that it is an actual mental health issue. They might really be legit schizo. And I like Lopez as a boxer over Haney. I do not like Haney at all, don’t like his style and his low power. But Haney is right.
I agree with you on everything except Devin Haney, he's a respectful individual, and an even better boxer.
He doesn't have one punch knockout power, but his punches hurt his opponent's and he does have 15 KO's out of 27 wins, and is undefeated.
Teofimo might have beaten him if they had fight, but know that's even in doubt because of his fragile ego, and his proven to know very little to nothing about training dad.
It is obvious that his dad has psychological issue's, and it's further obvious that he passed on those psychological issue's to his son.
Since his winning the title against Lomachenko, he and his dad have been digging a deeper hole for themselves, one that they can't climb out of.
This might be a better analogy, it's like they broke into a spaceship were somehow able to blast off, and know don't know how to operate the control panel, are consequently lost in space.

Teos boxing career from here on out could very well be short lived without it. Posters like to ridicule the likes of him and Ryan as well but atleast with Ryan, his familys aware of those issues and chose to seek help and he appears to be in a better place for it. These issues and addictions most of us deal with in one form or another are life long issues that most of us have to cope with. Having family/friends that are willing to help you walk through that path helps immensely. Not sure Teo has that in his "corner"....

There seems to be some sincererity and honest sympathy there from Haney, respect that as he more than anyone on this board understands the immense pressure they're under to perform at a high level. Sound advice from Devin there.

That's my response as a father. My response as a man would be like..."take your ass beating like a man and move the **** on you little bitchass"....
Teofimo Jr. doesn't have a functional support group, his wife has left him, he's accusing boxing promoter's conspiring to fix the fight against him.
I mean how many bridges can you burn behind yourself, before you find yourself alone on a island, or worse with your crazy father?
I believe that he should estrange himself from his father, get professional help from a reputable Therapist, or a psychiatrist, and then find a renowned no nonsense trainer.
It is a compete overhaul of his life that needs to take place, because if he continues on this path with his father, it's possible that it can end in a double tragedy for them both.
It's actually getting that crazy at this point in time in their lives, so much so that other's around them are distancing themselves from them both.

Oh brother, and let me guess, you not being able to get your face out of Kombosos punches way was also part of the scheme, right? I used to be a Lopez fan, but his lack of reality tells me he's mentally frail, and in boxing, that can't happen, it's a recipe for disaster.

If there was one undefeated fighter that I feared could suffer immensely mentally after a first loss, that fighter was Teofimo. Hopefully, he'll be able to pick up the pieces. He needs to get rid of the "Yes" people in his life. He must also find more experienced trainers.

His father is the #1 person that has to go, but it doesn't sound like Teo has any balls of his own. He will fade into obscurity just like Danny Garcia has after all the **** talk his father did.

At this point does Lopez even have a fan base left?

His Dad is an ******* of the highest order, and it seems he has Teofimo absolutely brainwashed.
The 2 if them are completely delusional.
I believe Teo would beat Kambosos in a rematch. He defo would if he had a good coach in his corner.
As I think he fought like a complete clueless moron in the first.
Loading up on every shot as if he was trying to knock kambosos out of the arena, never mind the ring.
If he had a good coach in his corner, he had would got a slap across the face in between rounds, and would have been told to compose himself. And Haney's right, how can Teo go back to the drawing board, and put right everything he done wrong, if he is in complete denial, and thinks he won that fight.
If you look at Andy Lee's corner talk, comparing to Teos dad, you can see the difference, between a top corner man, and an idiot.
Lopez snr just blabbers away the whole 30 seconds in between rounds, whereas Lee keeps it so simple and relaxed, issues about 3 to 4 instructions max. That way his fight doesn't have so much to process, and is more likely to follow his instructions.

He acted or is acting much worse, he's in some other world as compared to the rest of us, him and his dad are a pathetic pair of psycho's.
Just goes to show how fake these boxers/writers/fans are.

At least Colbert is taking his beating like a man...haven't heard from him, since his skirt got pulled up (literally)

I honestly don't think that Teofimo is right in the head. Every time that he opens his mouth he pukes up some ridiculous word salad. His Dads not right in the head either , they feed off of each other.
