Its patchwork, the press conference had many comments, they pull some out of context quotes and write a story around them, that's why I like videos so I see the question and see the answer

Flat-footed plotter without KO power at 147. I'm not sure he'd survive Jermell Charlo without headgear and 16oz gloves at 154. Crawford will smoke him if he doesn't run from undisputed. Would he be in a life and death fight with Ennis or Ortiz? I mean that's why they are moving him b/c those guys are in the wings for mandos. It's like Danny Garcia going up to 154 and looking for guys under 5'8 coming up like him for fights vs the existing 154s. Are PBC's 147s really that good when you take them out of that little box they have been operating in since 2016?

His career been calculated so far, I doubt this happens anytime soon.

Amateurs quite often have same day weigh in, so don't have 24-36hrs to rehydrate, and in tournaments usually gave to make weight each day.. most amateurs outside of heavyweight usually turn pro at a slightly lower weight.

Spence, Crawford and Taylor are biggest weightbullies in the game.

Quite often? It's always same day weigh in. Spence should have moved up a long time ago. He's not that good that's why he's beating up on the small fish. Funny shirt he's wearing, Big Fish, ain't that the truth!

                    Ancient GGG eats him alive.

At 154 Charlo and Castano both beat him.

He is a tall flat footed 147 guy with no KO power. If he stays at 147, Ortiz jr. or Ennis will knock him out.

His true career is pretty much over. Ugas will be his last big win, if he ever wins.

I don't think he can go past 160, he's not explosive enough. Someone like Ennis has great physical tools that will translate as he goes up the weight classes, but Spence doesn't have those attributes. I think he mainly stays at 154 for the remainder of his career and maybe takes a fight or two at 160. That's the max for him IMO.
