What size gloves will Mayweather and Marquez use????

What size gloves will these fighters use?? Isn't there a relatively recent rule welterweight and above must use 10oz gloves? I hope not because that just puts Marquez at an even bigger disadvantage imo but I was wondering if anyone here knew?
