Toney hasn't done jack **** since he got his ass whooped by Peter, in his last 4 fights he got controversial gift decisions over certified tomato can Batchelder and gatekeeper Oquendo, he was losing 2-1 to Rahman on the scorecards in a no-contest, and he was hurt by the bum Greer (12-6) last weekend, terrible stoppage in that fight. Peter cracked Toney's chin, he's been getting hurt by weak opposition.

I agree that Chagaev would beat Toney but I think James would have his moments. This is worthwhile fight though. Toney wants to get back on top (he seems to be motivated with his weight loss) and Chagaev probably wants to get his career back on track with a good win over a notable opponent. I say, call the promoters and pitch this idea....

Wow. The shoulder roll isn't nearly as effective when the opponent's trainer has time to yell, "Look out, he's starting his shoulder roll!"
