Comments Thread For: Tony Harrison Picks Apart Sergio Garcia, Wins Easily In Comeback From Draw With Perrella

LAS VEGAS - Tony Harrison re-established himself as a top 154-pound contender Saturday night. Nearly a year after his subpar performance against Bryant Perrella, the refocused WBC super welterweight champion overcame a slow start to separate himself from Spanish contender Sergio Garcia. Harrison picked apart a game Garcia for most of the final eight rounds and won a 10-round unanimous decision in the co-feature of Showtime's tripleheader from ****** Hotels Las Vegas.

Very good performance by Harrison. He’s easily a top 5 guy at 154 for me.

Kudos to Harrison, but Garcia needs to fire his corner.

Sharp, smooth, and slick. Harrison was on the ball tonight against a dude that posed challenges for Fundora. Bad match up style wise though if they try to pair him with him next.

Give Harrison some of that juice in the San Diego gym given his only real problem is stamina, never had issues with his boxing and IQ

Good for Tony. He's a good dude outside of the ring

As always mad skills but does he have the, it factors? I have watched his development from the very beginning and his skills are awesome but his ability to relax take a shot, and not get tired is his story, outside of that he would be a household name with Hearns and others.
