Lotta facts here - plus Eddie Hearn unnecessarily poisoned the water on making the fight with Wilder by calling Shelly Finkel “Shirley” and suggesting Finkel was senile. Totally unprofessional and it’s big reason why to this day Wilder can’t stand Hearn and never expresses any interest in working with him.

There is NO rematch clause in fury vs Whyte, whoever wins wins and then they move on. I respect fury for not putting in a rematch clause, he backs himself, which probably isn’t wise cause he’s going to lose, but still at least he ain’t trying to hold up the division, when he loses that’s it the division moves on. AJ doesn’t back himself so constantly puts rematch clauses in, and his silly clown promoter doesn’t help either as he doesn’t have faith in his fighter which can’t help AJs mindset.
If AJ goes into a fight knowing if he loses that’s it, it’s game over no coming back then he will be a different animal. But instead his clown promoter puts in rematch clauses, so AJ mindset is different, he knows if he loses he will get a second chance anyway.
That’s why AJ won the second Ruiz fight. And that’s why AJ will win the second Usyk fight, he will have a different mentality now.Comment

There is nothing to see here, just two inactive boxers who have been fighting once per year since 2019.
While Fury has been trying to fight 2-3 times a year since his return from hiatus and receives all sorts of unwarranted criticism. Keep the same energy, fellas.Comment

He won the rematch because blobby turned up near 300 lbs and has cement feet even at 260 lbs. So AJ could run away like a deer in headlights successfully.

Unless Juisyk comes in frail and gaunt, because the man looks 190 lbs right now, AJ will be retired come the end of July 23.Comment

I can't my head around what you've written.Of course rematchroom want the fight earlier so Usyk isn't fully fit.
Edward is shameless transparent utter filth, they had 6 month's to have a fight before war broke out in the Ukraine that was originally pencilled in for February.
But ya know Aj & his 9 month camps.
Joshua vs Usyk was on 25th September 2021. Russia invaded Ukraine on 24th February 2022, less than five months after the fight.
What is this six months where they could have had a fight before war broke out? Should they have rematched a couple of weeks after the first fight? Genuinely don't know what you're on about.
Eddie's far from perfect -- in fact, I think he's contemptible for chasing the dodgy Saudi money -- but I don't think he can be blamed in the way you're claiming here. Joshua triggered the rematch clause in the second week of October. On the day news broke that he had triggered the clause, Hearn said "I think realistically March is when you're likely to see the rematch."
No one was talking or expecting February.
Usyk bravely chose to go back to Ukraine. Then was given dispensation to leave and defend his titles. Now the fight is being lined up.
This is filth?Comment

And yet it's Fury who is the only one with an 18-month gap between fights in the time period you're talking about. Doesn't seem very active to me.There is nothing to see here, just two inactive boxers who have been fighting once per year since 2019.

Deer in headlights don’t run away. Instead they sit there frozen and get hit by cars. That’s why they say caught like a deer in headlights.

A pandemic and delayed fight will do that. But Fury was fighting more often than them pre-pandemic and will have fought twice against top 5 ranked opponents in between their rematch.
Would you be willing to bet that Fury fights less than them this year? Nah, because you know the truth.Comment

I did not word it the best, fair.
But AJ, like the hypothetical deer, is not constantly in front of the car. In the meantime, he was galloping about trying to avoid the noise before being caught and making a lucky escape.Comment
