Murata is just 36, and that age isn't that old, but the bigger problem is that he is a bum who was awarded a title, a belt holder who didn't earn the super title. This fight is a fight between a bum and an old fart. The fight has almost zero promotion as well. It is going to be another flop on dazn.

Those few years make a huge difference. Just look at James Toney (35) vs Evander Holyfield (40) where Toney beat the piss out of Holyfield and eventually stopped him. Does Toney beat Holyfield 5 years prior let alone stop him, I don't think so but some may.

Golovkin looked fitter weighing in vs. Murata at 40 than he did at 35 or 36. It should be interesting to see if his performance matches his appearance.
