I remember when Maxi Hughes beat Jovanni Straffon on Mauricio Lara vs. Josh Warrington II for the vacant IBO lightweight title.

This fight is perfect for Ryan Garcia, he dropped the WBC 'Interim' title to avoid a showdown with the 'Dream' Devin Haney, now Garcia can capture a fake belt that will not hold him to high standards -- not that the WBC was doing that in the first place.

I can see it already, Ryan proclaiming to be a world champion after winning the IBO just like Chris Eubank jr.
