I like this fight. I'm a Canelo fan, and Bivol is a great challenge, the best available. Kudos if Canelo wins. Bivol is pretty good. I'd have liked this fight at 168 even better. That's the optimum weight for both guys, IMO. I've always felt Bivol is a fat lightheavy. Canelo too.

Dan Rafael asked both sides about this when the fight was signed and they both confirmed no catch weight, no rehydration clause.
Haters still ran with it. Their hate blinds them. Canelo being so active since leaving Golden Boy has really affected their mental health.

We didn't know what was going on with the Kovalev fight till after the fact. I don't know what non-disclosure agreement Bivol signed. You can power through and walk down Bivol, too small to stand on outside and box but won't fight Andrade for undisputed and get pieced up on compubox (yeah, I know it doesn't work that's what FMW used his whole welterweight career including the Canelo fight ) by Lara 7-3-2 rounds only to be saved by Levi Martinez 117-111 because we Mexicans don't "F" round . Oh, rigged cards and BS scoring along with PEDs and non-disclosure agreements. Yeah, this dude is the best fighter I have ever seen.
