thats ok.

but my point still stands. Three times I've had pop ups about problems from this website, the last time I had to have computer rebuilt because AVG didn't pick it up

Seriously? As a system builder / software and hardware nerd I find that pretty incredible.

Get yourself a better browser. Firefox with the Adblock Plus extension, Flashblock, and possibly NoScript (which takes a little getting used to if you're a n00b).

That'll sort out the problem.

Adblock Plus blocks most popups and ads anywhere on the net. Install it, then restart Firefox when prompted and subscribe to one of the blocklists. I use EasyList USA.
