Oh yeah, and incidentally KTFOKING it's worth noting for posters outside the US, or at least certainly those in the UK that Amazon.com vouchers don't work on Amazon.co.uk you actually got to use em on the US site and then ship to the UK paying shipping and taxes etc. as I discovered after winning Pandas giveaway last year. As it happened I hung onto it till I needed some RAM for my boy's PC which had relatively low shipping costs and ended up being about the same price I woulda got it over here but still it's definitely a consideration.

Not sure if there's a good workaround, possibly you could log into Amazon for whatever country the winner comes from and see whether you can buy localised vouchers using USD but I expect Jeff will take his cut..
