Why should all these Brits get to jump the queue over Mauricio Lara?
It'd sell a lot more tickets in the UK than either of them vs Lara anywhere. That's the reason. Might not be fair, but it's boxing, money comes first. I can see it happening, both I'm sure would rather not risk defeat before they get that payday.
Woods come out of nowhere with 2 good wins, I'd still take Warrington though, he's been a top fighter for years and the cool off of his career was less him becoming past it, and more about a set of unfortunate circumstances taking him from a red hot fighter to a cold one in the space of 2 fights, he still looked good in the ring on Saturday to me.

Doesn't matter who sells more tickets in the UK, this is a worldwide sport and the rankings should be respected.
Can't tie up the belt with British domestic fights just because you feel like it.
